By creating a rajaph account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety, including the rajaph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the rajaph Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. rajaph will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Access to real-money gambling services on the rajaph Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Are at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines;
• Are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform in their individual capacity;
• Are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• Are not an employee, contractor, agent, officer, director, or affiliate of rajaph, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Have not previously been self-excluded from the rajaph Platform or any affiliated gaming platform during an active exclusion period.

rajaph reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Providing false or misleading information about your age or identity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) rajaph account. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited. Where rajaph identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, rajaph reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated pending bets, and forfeit balances in all accounts except the first verified account at rajaph's sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rajaph Login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account credentials — including any unauthorized access — is your responsibility. You must notify rajaph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

Account information, including registered email address, mobile number, and full legal name, must be accurate at the time of registration and kept up-to-date at all times. rajaph may require re-verification of account information at any point in the account lifecycle.

All deposits and withdrawals on the rajaph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). rajaph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels listed at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. rajaph does not charge platform-level transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own fees, for which rajaph bears no responsibility.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed KYC verification to a satisfactory level as determined by rajaph;
• Withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, unless rajaph expressly permits otherwise in writing;
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal;
• rajaph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.

rajaph processes verified GCash withdrawal requests on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two to three business days. rajaph accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or force majeure events.

rajaph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to registered players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps.

General bonus principles applicable to all rajaph promotions include:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied;
• Multiple simultaneous bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated in the promotion terms;
• rajaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies or coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension;
• Players who have submitted a withdrawal request while a bonus is active may have the bonus forfeited at rajaph's discretion.

Each game available on the rajaph Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account conduct, and the individual game rules shall govern with respect to game mechanics and payout calculations.

rajaph uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, and are governed by those providers' certified procedures.

rajaph reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from: (i) a software malfunction or system error; (ii) a pricing or odds error; (iii) game rules being displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault; or (iv) any circumstances where the fairness or integrity of the outcome is compromised. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's wallet.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the rajaph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerability must be reported to rajaph immediately;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of legitimate payment transactions;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.

All content on the rajaph Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, software, user interface elements, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of rajaph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of rajaph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rajaph's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rajaph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rajaph shall not be liable for: (i) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (ii) loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (iii) service interruptions caused by third-party providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events; or (iv) gambling losses, which are an inherent and foreseeable risk of participation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rajaph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by rajaph's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

rajaph collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the rajaph Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support. rajaph does not sell your personal information to third parties. Please refer to the rajaph Privacy Policy for full details.

rajaph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time via account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — Set maximum loss thresholds per session or per period;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after a configured duration of play;
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

rajaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; chargebacks; or prolonged inactivity.

You may close your rajaph account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and pending KYC obligations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee not to exceed ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero. rajaph will notify the registered email address before applying inactivity fees.

rajaph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rajaph will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address and/or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are advised to review these Terms regularly. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated each time changes are made. Historical versions of these Terms are available upon written request to rajaph support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact rajaph support in writing and allow rajaph a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
